Reporting a problem

A few details help us track a problem down much faster:

• Your browser and operating system, for example "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on macOS", and the browser version if you can find it (in Chrome it's under Settings, then About Chrome).
• What you did, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• For export problems, the length of the video and the resolution you chose.
• The exact wording of any error message.

Please don't attach your clips unless we ask for them. RankingReel runs entirely in your browser, so we never see your videos, and most problems can be fixed without them.
